Lauren Gross, PhD, PMHNP-BC, brings 31 years of nursing experience and more than a decade of psychiatric nursing experience to her practice. Her background includes inpatient psychiatry, outpatient mental health treatment, substance use recovery services, and healthcare leadership. Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in the process of insurance credentialing. At this time, we are a self-pay practice. Pricing information and insurance options will be updated as credentialing is finalized through Headway.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth, accessible to patients throughout New York State. You can attend sessions from the comfort of your home or any private setting.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, stress and burnout, substance use recovery, and more. Please see our Services section for a full list of focus areas.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive 60–90 minute session where we’ll review your mental health history, current concerns  and personal goals. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Do you work with healthcare professionals and individuals in recovery?

Absolutely. We have a special interest in supporting healthcare professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating recovery. We understand the unique pressures and stigmas these groups often face and provide non-judgemental, specialized care.
